This announcement is a Sources Sought Notice. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential businesses. The information obtained from this notice is for market research only and will be used to determine the method of procurement including whether to set-aside the requirement for small business or other set-aside programs.
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Coast Guard is looking for sources which would be capable and interested in performing an Unplanned DryDock Availability for USCGC Hollyhock.
ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The performance period of this upcoming DRYDOCK is 15 January 2026 – 15 April 2026 and is subject to change at the discretion of the Government.
DRY DOCK REPAIR: The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel for drydock repair to the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) HOLLYHOCK (WLB 214) Buoy Tender FY26 Unplanned Drydock Availability. The purpose of this Unplanned Drydocking of a Vessel is 225ft in length. Overhaul of the vessel’s main reduction gear. Preservation work to the Buoy Honolulu, Hawaii.

- If claiming EDWOSB status, provide documentation that shows the company is at least 51% owned by one or more women who are "economically disadvantaged", and primarily managed by an economically disadvantaged woman that make long-term decisions for the business, hold the highest officer position in the business and work at the business full-time during normal working hours. The documentation should also show the business is small under the NAICS code 336611. A woman is presumed economically disadvantaged if she has a personal net worth of less than $750,000 (with some exclusions), her adjusted gross yearly income averaged over the three years preceding the certification less than $350,000, and the fair market value of all her assets is less than $6 million.
