Award Eligibility Determination (AED) Solicitation - Amendment 0001

Department of Education, Federal Student Aid hereby releases Solictiation No.91003121R0001 Amendment 0001 for Award Eligibility Determination (AED).

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is as follows:

1. Revise Solicitation No. 91003121R0001.  Attachment titled “91003121R00010001” contains the updated solicitation.
2. Add attachment titled “91003121R00010001_Tracked” which shows the original solicitation with all the changes made, tracked.
3. Revise the following attachments:
   • “Attachment 1_Pricing Template”
   • “Attachment 13_Past Performance Questionnaire”
   • “Attachment 15_Subcontracting Plan Template”
   • “Attachment 16_Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for AED”
4. Add the following attachments:
   • “Attachment 23_FSA Network Operating Standards”
   • “Attachment 24_Cybersecurity Policy”
   • “Attachment 25_Baseline Cybersecurity Standard”
   • “AED Solicitation Questions and Answers”
5. Remove attachment titled “Attachment 18_Enterprise Architecture Program – CPS” due to the presence of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).  This attachment is not needed for offerors to prepare their proposals.  Offerors and vendors shall destroy all copies and should not discuss the contents with anyone.
