Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of this Project is to upgrade the MPD Training Academy. The A/E shall provide services to prepare and submit POR, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and associated Project Specifications, Bid Phase, and Construction Administration for the construction of the items listed in the Scope of Work (“SOW”). The A/E shall submit a cost estimate during each of these six Project phases, prior to the development and completion of the reports, construction documents and project specifications. MPD has identified the following requirements for the renovation of the MPD training academy. 1- Main Entrance/ Lobby: ● Renovate the entire main entrance of the academy; the design should provide a cheerful, inviting entry point to the main building that reflects the history and traditions of the academy. 2- The main entrance corridor: ● Main lobby, approximately 56 x 22 ft. ● 2 bathrooms. ● Reception desk. ● Mechanical, Electric, and Plumbing (“MEP”) System.
