The purpose of the amendment to Solicitation 1605C3-24-R-00006 is as follows:
1.) Provide answers to questions received from the offerors.

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE) issues Solicitation Number 1605C3-24-R-00006 for the procurement of Actuarial Liability Services.
The Government anticipates the award of a one single award hybrid firm-fixed price and labor hour contract for Actuarial Liability Services to support the Office of Workers' Compensation Program (OWCP).
The term of the single award contract shall be for five (5), one (1) year Ordering Periods.
This requirement is posted under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 524298-All Other Insurance Related Activities. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS Code 524298 is $30.5 Million. This is a Total Small Business set-aside.

Contractors are expected to thoroughly review and comply with the attached solicitation. Failure to do so will be at the Contractor's own risk.
Please note the following due dates related to Solicitation Number 1605C3-24-R-00006:
1. THE DUE DATE FOR QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS CONCERNING THIS RFP is THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 8, 2024, 3:00 P.M. EST.
2. ALL PROPOSAL VOLUMES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE GOVERNMENT BY 3:00 P.M. EST ON THURSDAY, MARCH 7, 2024.
It is the ultimate responsibility of the Contractor to ensure delivery of their proposal and all related documents to the designated point of contact via e-mail on or before the closing date and time.
The solicitation and attachments may be downloaded from the sam.gov website. No paper copy / hard copy of the solicitation will be distributed.
The evaluation factors and their relative importance are stated in Solicitation Number 1605C3-24-R-00006. Issuance of the solicitation does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the Government, nor does it commit the Government to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of proposals.
