Services to include the following: Inventorying and auditing all utility accounts (Including Power, Natural Gas, Water and Wastewater). Performing detailed evaluation of utility expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings, cost containment, credits, and rebates. Auditing and verification of utility invoices to validate the accuracy of the invoices and to verify that the utility accounts are taking advantage of the best rates available based on each account’s applicable usage and usage patterns. Evaluating opportunities for conversation and/or optimization of energy and water use including the recommendation of technical and process modifications. Notification of agency billing issues to providers and resolution of related errors. Continuous evaluation of processes and technologies which may offer agency additional savings. Support new facility reviews to minimize expenses.
