The only evaluation factor associated with this synopsis/solicitation will be price. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), located at Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov. The RFQ number is N6671526RCN6003. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06 and DFARS Change Notice 20251110. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with any Small Disadvantaged Owned small business that meet the Brand Name or Equal salient characteristics detailed in the attached Brand Name or Equal Justification.
