The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is seeking sources for the following procurement: Accreditation and Proficiency Testing Supplies and Services for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. This notice allows potential contractors/vendors to submit a non-binding statement of interest and documentation demonstrating their capability. The contractor must hold and maintain a certificate of accreditation from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), as meeting the requirements of the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) of 1988 and must hold and maintain accreditation by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) to perform the services.
