Specifications include, but are not limited to: The STATE is seeking a solution to provide an off-the-shelf, user-testing platform that will facilitate the unmonitored or monitored collection of user experience/usability feedback on STATE websites. This user-testing platform will be utilized on an ongoing basis throughout the websites’ lifecycle. The Offeror will provide access to real-world usability test candidates who meet the STATE’S demographic criteria, as well as provide the STATE the ability to provide their own test candidates, and will provide a solution for capturing feedback from these test users as they interact with STATE websites based on direction and task elicitation provided by The STATE, to include screensharing, video sharing, audio sharing and survey feedback. The Offeror will provide capabilities to build summaries of the feedback that the STATE can use to create recommendations to improve usability and the user experience of website and application designs. The types of tests to be conducted under this contract include, but are not limited to: Desktop, tablet, and mobile tests Task-based tests Cart sort tests Tree tests Clickable wireframe/prototype tests Screenshot tests Heat maps Think-aloud tests with audio/video recording Site intercept tests Remote moderated and unmoderated tests with no to minimal software download required for testers Applicable Directives
