New cast-in-place concrete unloading apron with associated grading and site prep. Sodium hydroxide chemical fill station. Three (3) heated and insulated bulk sodium hydroxide storage tanks as well as two (2) chemical metering pumps. Two (2) polymer blending units and associated piping. One (1) conveyor for polymer tote staging and conveying. Miscellaneous pipe supports, and other piping, valves, and fittings as necessary. o MBF Piping Improvements Selective demolition of existing MBF recycle pump suction header pipe and pipe supports. Installation of a 16-inch magnetic flowmeter. Extension of 12-inch DIP suction header piping beyond the MBF recycle pumps to serve the process water pump Extension of 16-inch DIP suction header piping the full length of the MBF recycle pump service length and using 16” x 8” reducers to feed each MBF recycle pump. Installation and connection of 2-inch PVC pipe from the 16-inch DIP suction header to the Water Quality Station influent near Sludge Tank 4. Miscellaneous pipe supports, and other piping, valves, and fittings as necessary.
