Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Mandatory VTOL Launch and Recovery oThe UAS is capable of launching without the need for a smooth surface runway (i.e. hand launch, VTOL, catapult, etc.). oThe UAS is capable of landing in a restricted space environment through means that do not require a smooth surface runway (parachute, belly landing, VTOL, etc.). •Endurance oThe UAS must have a demonstrated endurance of greater than 60 minutes. UAS endurance of 180+ minutes is preferred. •Payload Capacity oThe UAS must have the ability to integrate a mapping payload or a gimbaled EO/IR payload. oPreferred that the UAS can integrate and swap between both types of payloads.oProvide information on payload options that the UAS currently integrates with and their associated cost. Payload purchase will be considered a value added product as described further below.•Critical Spare Parts oOfferor provides a package that includes critical spare parts for the UAS and support equipment to sustain operations through summer 2021. •Integrate Multiple C2 Links oThe UAS must the ability to integrate multiple (2 or more) C2 links including one provided by the ND Statewide UAS Network Program. All C2 links must be FCC approved and carry an FCC ID. oPreferred that Offeror’s have demonstrated multiple C2 link integration at the time of proposal. Please provide information on your demonstrated solution if applicable.
