1 Per Day for 10 Days Asbestos Continuous Air Monitoring – 10 Days Provide asbestos continuous air monitoring services during all onsite asbestos abatement activities. The dates the asbestos abatement contractor is expected to complete the abatement are June 2-6 and 9-13, 2025, depending upon the asbestos abatement contractor. The abatement contractor will be working an estimated ten (10) hours per day. $ $ 2 Per Day Asbestos Continuous Air Monitoring – Cost Per Day Provide the cost per day to provide asbestos continuous air monitoring services if needed beyond the dates identified in Scope of Work Item 1. $ $ 3 One (1) Containment Area Final Air Clearance – One (1) Containment Areas Provide final asbestos air clearance utilizing the Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) method for each separate asbestos containment area located onsite. The final number of containment areas will be determined by the asbestos abatement contractor after they are set up onsite. As of now, the estimated number of containment areas for this project is one (1). $ $ 4 Per Containment Area Final Air Clearance – Per Containment Area If additional containment areas are identified by the asbestos contractor, provide the cost per containment area that would be charged to complete final air clearance utilizing the TEM method. $ $ 5 Per Sample Additional Air Clearance Samples If additional samples are required to verify final air clearance standards, provide the cost per additional sample that would be charged. $ $ 6 N/A Sampling Analysis Plan (SAP) Compose and submit an SAP (See Attachment 6) to the NDDEQ by May 21, 2025. $ $
