Specifications include, but are not limited to: STATE is soliciting for the provision of on-call crisis stabilization services to children engaged in the Partnership Program that are experiencing a crisis situation. Two Crisis workers and one licensed mental health professional are required to be available during hours of service. On-call crisis stabilization services may be accessed by STATE staff, law enforcement, emergency responders, emergency room personnel, jails, schools, psychiatric hospitals, family members, and childcare or social/recreational centers. The purpose of these crisis stabilization services is to assist in the safety and management of crisis situations without disrupting placement or accessing law enforcement or other high-end emergency services or hospitalization.
