The purpose of this proposal is to request product for the purchase and installation of furniture for Woods Hall Renovation at Dickinson State University (DSU) in Dickinson, North Dakota. Upon completion, the renovation will include 126 beds in four different room types. DSU is soliciting proposals for residence hall furniture includes bedframes, mattresses, wardrobes, 3-drawer dressers, bed-mounted hanging desks, desk chairs, and a variety of seating options for the common spaces. Proposals must include shipping costs, installation costs, and room renderings for each type of room and common space. Given the timeline of this project and the needs of the University, installation will need to be conducted in two phases with the final project completed no later than June 1, 2026.
