Broken Window Replacement •Replace one (1) broken window on the 2nd floor of the courthouse. •Work must include removal of broken materials, installation of a new window unit matching the existing style, and clean-up of all debris. 2. Window Reglazing, Resealing, and Winterization •Inspect all courthouse windows. •Reglaze, reseal, and re-winterize all existing windows to ensure energy efficiency, safety, and proper weatherproofing. •Materials used must meet or exceed current energy code standards. 3. Full Exterior Window Replacement •Remove and replace all exterior windows (around 130) on the court house that have not been replaced in the last 10 years. •Replacement windows must maintain the character of the building while providing improved energy efficiency.
