Successful bidder shall submit within four (4) days of receiving bid award, a sieve analysis provided by a recognized testing firm, with the sample having been taken from an adequate representative stockpile. 3. Random samples will be made during delivery. Samples not meeting specification may result in penalties ranging from a payment discount to rejection of the material at the contractor’s expense. 4. Delivery to be coordinated with the Street Division and in suitable quantities to be mixed with rock salt as it arrives. 5. Each load delivered is to be accompanied by an approved weight ticket.
