Specifications include, but are not limited to: Sole source - McREL proposes the development of a universal professional development participant survey that can be administered to all participants of professional development offerings under the North Dakota Striving Readers Comprehensive Learners (NDSRCL) grant. In addition to survey development, McREL will provide both online and paper/pencil format surveys for NDDPI administration, survey data analysis, and reporting of results. The purpose of this survey is to provide NDDPI with information that will help them understand stakeholder perceptions of the utility of the professional development offerings for supporting the implementation of their literacy plans and to guide the refinement of those offerings for future years of the grant.
