Specifications include, but are not limited to:. GDOT is seeking a firm or team to review, evaluate, make improvements to, and document the process for theoversight and management of these grants from initial concept of a transit project through its completion.GDOT anticipates that the firm/team selected for this work will perform an in depth business process review ofall processes associated with administering the state transit program. It is further anticipated that the firm willhave transit experience, be familiar with the general workings and procedures of GDOT and/or other stateDOT's as it relates to the administration of transit programs, and have familiarity with local governmentorganization throughout the state of Georgia. The firm will be expected to develop recommendations onbusiness practice improvements for delivery of the state transit program. The firm may be expected to developor coordinate the development of an electronic means for distribution of this documentation and for training inthe use of the grant processes
