Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The State intends to make a non-competitive purchase of an annual statewide license to the SubSchool platform, a professional development curriculum for substitute teachers from the National Center for Grow Your Own (NCGYO). In addition, NCGYO will develop modules and content to create a new ParaSchool, online professional learning for paraprofessionals, to be licensed across North Dakota school districts once completed. It is in the best interest for NDDPI to work with NCGYO for this work to ensure its continued alignment with North Dakota’s Registered Teacher Apprenticeship program intent. NCGYO has been a partner in NDDPI’s apprenticeship work since the inception of the program. They also have an extensive national presence in this area. NCGYO established a National Registered Apprenticeship in Teaching State Network and currently works with 44 states, D.C., and the Department of Defense.
