Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et. seq.), the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (hereinafter, “the BOR” or “the Board”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a BOR contract with a qualified Offeror who will provide a strategic hierarchical marketing plan resulting from a marketing research study and a website audit. The hierarchical plan will include marketing goals and objectives with options for no and low cost marketing opportunities in traditional, digital and viral media to allow decision-makers to make informed choices based on available resources.
