Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide professional services to develop a Statewide Freight & LogisticsPlan, through the year 2050. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify potential providers for theabove-mentioned services. Firms that respond to this RFQ, and which are determined by GDOT to besufficiently qualified, may be deemed eligible and invited to conduct a Presentation and/or possibly offerproposals for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in thisdocument, and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully. GDOTreserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications or Consultant Plan Proposals, and to waivetechnicalities and informalities at the discretion of GDOT
