Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Snow and ice removal from sidewalks and parking lots. • Sidewalk and parking lots will need to be checked during each snowfall incase snow accumulates or drifts form. • Snow will need to be removed from parking lot. • Snow must be hauled away and not left in a pile in the parking lot. • Snow removal is expected to be completed by 7AM. • Ice melt application to sidewalks preferably before and after business hours. If ice accumulated during business hours, ice melt will need to be applied. • Ice melt mixture will be a salt & sand mixture. • Supplies and equipment to be provided by vendor • Goal is to remove all snow/ice to get down to pavement to prevent any/all safety hazards o Snow/ice removal will be full width of sidewalk, street & parking lot o Sand or use ice melt on sidewalk areas when slippery/icy conditions exist, if hazardous condition cannot be removed; reapply as necessary o Monitor curb cuts to clear those plowed in by city vehicles
