Specifications include, but are not limited to: Secret Santa Program. The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS), Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS), is seeking to obtain administrative, logistical, and marketing support during November 1, 2004-January 15, 2005 period in support of the DFCS Secret Santa Program to include; supporting the Secret Santa Committee, obtain more corporate sponsors, collecting, storing and cataloging gifts & donations, purchasing gifts-with donated funds and contract funds, matching gifts with wish list of foster children, coordinating pick-up and distribution of gifts to 75 counties, and supporting six (6) special outreach/radio stations efforts/events to promote awareness and participation
