The University of North Dakota extends an invitation to interested DESIGN PROFESSIONAL firms to submit their qualifications to provide programming design services for the Multi-Discipline Academic/Research Science Technology Engineering & Math (STEM) Building Project Phase 2 on the UND Grand Forks campus. This project is initially the programming of a new building project of approximately 70,000 – 90,000 GSF. STEM Phase 2 will connect to the STEM Phase 1 building that is currently under construction. The site of this new STEM complex is where the Hyslop Sports Center was located, which has now been demolished. Square footage is to be determined in the architectural programming phase. The building will be dedicated to multiple disciplines within the STEM programs. A new multidiscipline science complex is needed to provide adequate space to support growth in enrollment and research over the last several years as UND continues to elevate its academic and research profiles.
