Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scale Repair at Beach Weigh Station. Xterior and Pit repair for the Beach Weigh Inspection Station $ $ Pit repair to include: - Remove top 30 of the west pit wall. The first 12 down from the surface are 8 thick, remainder is 16 thick. (See Attachment C, #1 which is the original plan, and #2 the removal plan) - Re-structure the removed 30. Existing rebar is spaced 24. Re-support would require drill and anchoring (epoxy) of 12 spacing of #5 rebar between existing rebar. (See attachment C, #3 is the reinforcing wall) - Install approach slab lip 12 below surface and 13.5 from new wall. (See Attachment 3, #4 for final) - Replace concrete approach to pit wall as shown on Attachment E to include: o Replacing 10 long 8 channel iron cap on wall and seaming to concrete so as to allow for clearance of snowplow blade. o Remove and replace 40 of angle iron on North pit wall from northwest corner. o Size 4 aggregate base from new scale wall to the west for 6. This will be the original access area. o Re-pour 20 slap adjacent to new pit wall. Bid a tiered slab as option that will be the same 20 slab, but include a 4-24x36 tiers, re-barred into the slab, located centrally in the west 10 of that slab to insure at least 18 from the edges of the slab. - Remove and replace existing concrete around building and scrape/backfill around building (See Attachment A) to ensure proper landscape drainage. o Includes 50 of removing and replacing curb section o Expansion joints to be placed around building and curb seams
