Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project shall include the sandblasting and painting at Riverside Pool- 1801 N. 1st St. and detailed specification information is included in the Riverside Pool Sandblasting and Painting Specification. 2.Dimensions of the Existing Pool and Wading Pool surfaces are shown on the attached map. 3.Any deletions, variations, or exceptions to the specifications must be submitted with the bid. 4.All damages to the streets, driveways, berms, etc. due to Contractor’s construction techniques shall be repaired at the Contractor’s expense prior to making final payment. 5.The unit price shall include freight charges. 6.The total bid price shall not include any North Dakota sales tax, for which an exemption certificate can be furnished. 7.All work shall be in conformance with the City of Grand Forks Standard Construction Specifications. A copy of said specifications may be purchased at the Grand Forks City Engineer’s Office.
