Specifications include, but are not limited to: Under the terms of this Agreement, the selected consultant(s) will advise the Department and assistin ensuring compliance with the Clean Water Act. The Scope of Services for the contract mayinclude, but are not limited to, the following items:1. Determine mitigation needs for projects scheduled to be Let to construction and identify source ofmitigation credits either at Department-owned banks or commercial banks. Credits from acommercial bank would be purchased by the Department s Office of Transportation ServicesProcurement.2. Update the Department s Mitigation Database.3. Assess and develop a plan of action for all existing Department-owned mitigation sites.4. Assess future needs and make recommendations for use or disposal of Department-ownedmitigation sites.5. Prepare as required a Prospectus for Department-owned mitigation sites which will be approvedby the Interagency Review Team
