Snowmobile Decals Artwork: No artwork will be provided. Successful bidder will be required to do layout of decal artwork. See layout sample of decal attached to this solicitation-Attachment A. The ink color will alternate between Red and Black every two years. Any changes to the artwork will be amended for contract renewals. Proof: PDF proof required prior to production. Material: 3M™ 7310 white, reflective material or equivalent. Any changes made in material will require authorization prior to change and will require a physical sample of the new material for approval. Price changes for substitute material will have to be authorized. Decal Size: 4 ½” wide x 2 ¾” high. Ink: Print decal 1/0, Liner side does not print. The ink color will alternate between Red and Black every two years. Ink color will be determined at time of order. Serial numbers to be determined at time of order. Serial numbers may contain a combination of letters and/or numbers. Numbers will be in consecutive order (pairs). Serial numbers will be centered on decal (no leading zeros). Letter and numbers are to be 1 ½” high. There can be no missing numbers Expiration date of decal will be determined at time of order. Score liner for ease of liner removal. Quantity: Orders will be in pairs in the following increments 1,000 3,000 12,000 Packaging: Each pair of identically numbered decals shall be placed in a glassine bag; bag size no larger than 3-1/2” x 5”. Band groups of 100 pairs of decals in bags. Cartons are to weigh no more than thirty-five (35) pounds each. Each carton shall be labeled “ With the current year and Snowmobile Decals” along with quantity and serial numbers contained therein.
