1 17,000 Each 2026 ND Parks Annual Permit, Single style. 2 5,000 Each 2026 ND Parks Annual Permit, Family Pass style. 2026 Annual North Dakota State Park Permits General: These permits will be done as 2 different types for the 2026 season. The first type (Single) will be similar to past years designs- that is, a single, 3”x 3” window cling design. The second type will be known as a “Family Pass” and will include 2 window clings (using the same image as the Single for both A&B permits) along with a bar code. The bar code is common (static) to all numbered “Family Pass” permits and may be printed, in black, onto either the static cling material or the release board. See Attachment B for general idea of design for Family Pass. Proofs: Color laser proof of both styles of permits and laser proofs of backers. Single Annual Permit Quantity: 17,000 Finished Size: 3” x 3”. Stock: Permit: Clear static cling material. Backer: White, release board. Ink: Permit: Print 4 color process +flood coat of opaque white- full bleeds. Permit printed so that when permit is applied to windshield, design is readable from outside of vehicle. On front side of permit, consecutive number, 1/8” to 1/4” high, in black ink, from 00001 to 17,000, in upper right corner. There can be no missing numbers. Backer: Print black type, one side.
