Artwork: Electronic, printer-ready files furnished to Contractor. Files created with InDesign. Contract is for two (2) issues per year to be printed in or around July and December of each year. Proof: Composite, high resolution, contract color proof (such as Epson) of cover, plus imposition color laser of issue. Page Counts: 24-page self-cover, versus 28-page self-cover, versus 32-page self-cover, versus 36-page self-cover. Page Size: 8 ½” x 11”. Paper Stock: 80# white, dull text. Ink: Print four color process, two sides, (4/4) with full bleeds. Finishing: Fold, saddle stitch, trim to 8 ½” x 11”. Mailing: Vendor to include mailing services: from furnished CD of subscribers setup, inkjet addresses, sort, barcode and mail using agency’s standard mail permit. Postage will be paid by agency.
