Bidders are NOT to figure in the related travel expenses but to include any expenses that the actual press checks may incur; such as press-time, make-ready waste, etc. The ND Dept. of Commerce will pay their own related expenses for travel (airfare, rental car, mileage, etc.), meals and lodging in accordance with North Dakota Fiscal and Administrative Policy for their representatives.
