CONTRACTOR is required to remove and dispose of existing cabinetry, prepare for new product, and install replacement custom cabinetry and countertop at Campus Heights and Pioneer Hall facilities. This bid will include up to twenty-two (22) apartments in Campus Heights and up to fourteen (14) apartments in Pioneer Hall. Attachments A, B, and C are for reference of space only for consideration of bid pricing and evaluation. Project will consist of various sizes of rooms as they become available when students move out. Contractor will be responsible for verifying square footage calculations. Cabinet boxes – full access, ¾” white melamine with oak veneer front edges. All finished end panels are red oak rift A-1 mdf with a medium dark stain. Door and drawer panels – ¾” Red oak rift A-1 mdf, medium stain, with book matched grain and door/panel edges consisting of 3/8” oak with ¼” round over. Blum (or Salice) Clip hinges with 3 way adjustment, or equivalent. 2 shelf valance over the sink is 36” w x 2” h straight with round over edge to match doors. Custom countertop consists of Wilsonart, Bainbrook Grey, High Definition, 1863k-55 with self edge style, or equivalent. Kitchen and bathroom vanity will consist of 4 medium stained exterior, white melamine with white PVC edging, and captured bottom drawers each with Blum 230 M ¾” extension or equivalent drawer slides. Bathroom stool topper is 24” x 36” x 8” deep with white melamine, PVC front edges and no doors.
