Vendor will provide all labor and materials needed for the effective control of insects and mice. Contractor must hold current commercial pesticide applicators licenses and current pesticide training certificates from the North Dakota Department of Agriculture with Ornamental turf and Industrial-Institutional certification training. Areas to be serviced monthly are: all Kitchens, Storage Areas, Laundries, Maintenance & Mechanical Rooms, Penthouse, Entries, Reception Area, and Exterior Storage Building with mattresses in it. Service to include inspection and treatment of interior of building for pest activity including any structural or sanitation concerns that can affect pest activity. Interior multiple catch traps for mice will be checked monthly for activity. Should a mouse be trapped, trap will be cleaned as to not leave any rodent hairs, urine and droppings in that particular trap. Exterior weighted and locked bait stations around exterior of the main building to be serviced monthly. All treatments done will be in a workmanlike manner only with EPA-approved material. These materials will only be applied by a state certified applicator. If a recent service provided results in pests present shortly after suggesting the product was not effective, extra service requests to reapply product will be prompt, courteous and at no extra fee.
