The project shall include the construction of Park Improvement District No. 2023-2 (Independence Park Improvements); consisting of storm sewer, edge drain, concrete curb and gutter, concrete trail, HMA pavement, signage, seeding, tree plantings, landscaping, lighting, recreational amenities – including surfacing, equipment, prefabricated structures, site furnishings, and other miscellaneous items for the Horace Park District. The project will consist of the following items: 2,248 CY Unclassified Excavation 106 LF Storm Sewer Various Types and Sizes 1 EA Yard Hydrant and Service Meter Pit and Piping 9,280 SY Seeding and Hydro Mulch 247 CY Aggregate Base Course Class 5 392 TON FAA43 Hot Bituminous Pavement 793 LF Curb and Gutter 2381 SY Concrete Flatwork Various Depths – Fiber Reinforced Prefabricated Picnic Shelter Structure Prefabricated Portable Lavatory Structure Street Lighting System and Trail Lighting System Miscellaneous Recreational Amenities and Sports Equipment Traffic Control and all miscellaneous work necessary therefore and incidental thereto.
