Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will provide for a study of the current collection of arrest, prosecution and disposition information from law enforcement, booking facilities, State’s Attorneys, Courts, and the Office of Attorney General. It is desired to automate the process in order to better serve the criminal justice community and the public. The study, through gathering requirements from stakeholders, verifying processes, and process workflows, will provide a recommended solution with a documented proposed architecture following state standards including NIEM. The study will also provide a way to limit the amount of changes necessary to vendor software, and provide an incremental plan for implementation along with budgetary estimates. This project does not include implementing the proposed solution.
