Specifications include, but are not limited to: The overall objectives for the project are: - Identify any outstanding employee/employment issues at NDSEB - Make recommendations for resolution of any outstanding employee/employment issues at NDSEB - Prepare information and materials to effectively communicate existing and new policies to employees - Make recommendations that will ensure NDSEB functions effectively from a human resource perspective - Make recommendations for processes that will assure the consistent and fair application of NDSEB policies and rules - Research and develop appropriate job description for the Executive Director - Research and develop appropriate job description for the Director of Inspections - Recruitment and hiring of an Executive Director - Recruitment and hiring of a Director of Inspections - Assist in selecting the best candidate for each position as it relates to not only experience, but human resource skills - Develop accurate and comprehensive job descriptions for all other positions and - Provide recommendations on how NDSEB can create, monitor and maintain a more positive work environment on an ongoing basis.
