The State of North Dakota, acting through its Office of Management and Budget, State Procurement Office, intends to join the Fleet Management Services contract with Sourcewell. Services under the contract include, but are not limited to: Services for the acquisition, whether by lease or financing, of on-road vehicles of all types or classifications, all weight classes, and all engine types; New vehicle service and preparation for the vehicles described in a. above, such as, pre-delivery inspection, parts and accessories installation, and vehicle marking application or installation; Preventative maintenance plans, vehicle maintenance and repair services, and related service level agreements for on-road vehicle fleets of all types; and, In addition to the solutions described in sections a. – c. above, services may include a complementary offering of the following ancillary services: Short-term rental programs; Upfitting of after-market products; Fleet management information technologies, such as: telematics, fleet monitoring, fuel management, fuel tank management, and motor pool/fleet sharing software and systems; Roadside assistance including towing, emergency charging, and repairs;
