NDSU Dining is looking to give the WDC Rotary Tray Accumulator System a tune-up, by reusing a lot of the existing infrastructure. NDSU would like to replace the water trough and dish return conveyor table. Rotary tray accumulator system (Retrofit) to include: A. New soiled dish table, c/w waste trough, magnetic silver saver, (03) perforated s/s ledges, (03) hip switches and control panel bracket for Salvajor S419 . 12” Mesh belt dishware return conveyor, c/w new electrical control panel, overhead rack shelf, remote start/stop station, new extended table and accumulation photo sensor . New hose clean-up station . Repair existing tray accumulator w/ new accumulator chain, anti‐jam photo sensor, UHMW guide and aluminum guide. Existing ladders & carriers to be reused . Waste Collector adapter is needed to send to the fabricator of the conveyor table to then mount this existing Salvajor S419. . Removal of existing dish return conveyor and racks, NDSU will dispose of items . Assembly: Arrive at the jobsite to field weld, polish, and interconnect equipment. This covers all inter-electrical and plumbing connections.
