The State of North Dakota, acting through its Information Technology Department (the STATE) is soliciting proposals from qualified Microsoft support partners to provide comprehensive, high-quality support across a broad range of Microsoft products and services. The Offeror will provide expert technical support and consultation for Microsoft technologies, ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment with institutional goals. This will include, but is not limited to: a. Comprehensive Support – Assistance with troubleshooting, performance optimization, and issue resolution across Microsoft platforms. b. Broad Product Coverage – Support for Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, Intune, and other relevant Microsoft solutions. c. Proactive Guidance – Best practices and strategic recommendations to enhance system reliability and efficiency. d. Training & Knowledge Transfer – Ongoing training and documentation to enhance the institution’s internal IT capabilities.
