Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of North Dakota is seeking an experienced food service consultant to review existing meal plan offerings, meet with student leaders and key stakeholders, and propose new meal plans and meal plan pricing that will address the needs of the student body while addressing the financial goals of Dining Services/University of North Dakota. The meal plans proposed should take into consideration the decline in residence hall occupancy and the change to a campus retail dining environment. The final meal plan proposal should include proposed pricing for each meal plan, balancing affordability with current financial commitments and financial goals for Dining Services. The final proposal should include a retail pricing structure that takes into account current fixed operating costs, variable costs and provides motivation for students to participate in the meal plan program.
