Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Mop floors. B. Clean sinks, toilets, water fountains, hand dryers and other fixtures. C. Empty waste baskets and garbage cans. D. Fill soap and paper towel dispensers. E. Spot clean walls. F. Clean all doors used by the public. Clean doors to the outside only when the outside temperature is above freezing. G. Clean mirrors and windows. H. Clean exposed hardware and plumbing. I. Pick up garbage and litter outside and inside the building. J. Toilet paper readily available for traveling public. K. Report vandalism immediately to the District Office. L. Report yard light outages/replace burnt out light bulbs. M. Clean picnic tables. N. Clean plugged plumbing. O. Remove graffiti from all surfaces. This must be removed or covered the same day it is observed. P. Remove snow and ice from sidewalks (seasonal). Q. Sweep sidewalks when necessary. R. Weed/Insect Pest Control (seasonal). S. Clean Telephone - Phone book readily available. T. Spot paint as required. U. ND Maps readily available.
