Duties of training Supervisor shall include, but not be limited to:Responsible for creating training materials and delivering the training to all operations staff andmanagers;A dual reporting responsibility to both the TMC operations manager and the program director;Responsible for testing and recertification of all TMC operators and HERO dispatchers;Responsible for training staff in the use of the 511 Traveler Information System, including recordingalerts and floodgate messages;Responsible for training staff to post alerts to the NaviGAtor website;Responsible for creating all training materials and conducting in-service coaching;Development of a customer service training course aimed at TMC operations room activities;Provide one-on-one mentoring for newly hired staff;Periodically review the training materials and courses to ensure reflection of any changes intechnology and procedures;Maintain TMC operator and HERO dispatcher qualification records;Conduct and carry out updates for recertification testing;Maintain and update the training syllabus;Certification of successful TMC operator trainees
