Georgia Institute of Technology has several projects ranging over approximately 40 buildings, which include varying amounts and scope of work. Clerk of the Works/Project Management services scope will be developed from this solicitation. Selected Consultant will perform field investigation of construction project, project scheduling services, ARRA/GEFA data gathering and reporting of all of the associated projects. This project has a fixed schedule which requires project and reports to be complete no later than March 1, 2012. Interested parties should submit a portfolio of qualifications and experience relevant to the scope of this project. Proposing firms should indicate if the firm has worked for or under DOE, NIST, GSA or Corps of Engineers projects in the past and preformed such services..
