Specifications include, but are not limited to: GCB BUS STOP WAITING SPACE. The work consists of the following:1. Demolition and removal of existing retaining wall/planter, earth and landscape material as indicated.2. Relocation of existing irrigation system, signage and other items as indicated and per owner andarchitects direction.3. Construction of new reinforced concrete and masonry veneer wall with cast stone cap to match existingin configuration indicated on architectural plans and elevations. Provide drains through new wall asindicated on drawings.4. Salvage and reuse of brick to provide clean termination of existing walls to remain.5. New brick veneer to match or compliment existing brick per owner and architects selection frommanufacturer's standard colors and finishes.6. New concrete sidewalk with control joints and drain extension as required and as indicated on drawings.7. Salvage and reinstall landscape plant material as needed to achieve complete installation in new planter.8. Work to be accomplished at owners schedule over GSU Christmas Break.9. Completion of all work illustrated on Drawings A0.0 and A1.1 per specifications. Contents: Prepare a Table of Contents for each volume, with each product or systemdescription identified, in three parts as follows:1. Part 1: Directory, listing names, addresses, and telephone numbers of Architect,Contractor, Subcontractors, and major equipment suppliers.2. Part 2: Operation and maintenance instructions, arranged by system and subdivided byspecification sections. For each category, identify names, addresses and telephonenumbers of Subcontractors and suppliers. Identify the following:a. Significant design criteria.b. List of equipment.c. Parts list for each componentd. Operating instructions.
