The Offeror must design a Firefighter Training Facility incorporating at a minimum the following specifications: 3.3.1 Facility Structure: 3.3.1.1 One (1) 40-foot shipping container (ground level) 3.3.1.2 One (1) 20-foot shipping container (stacked above) 3.3.1.3 Containers structurally reinforced, secured, and welded as required. 3.3.1.4 Exterior painted black with red accents. 3.3.1.5 Site preparation and installation in accordance with PE-stamped plans. 3.3.1.6 NFPA 1402 certification required. 3.3.2 Core Training Features – Burn Room: 3.3.2.1 One (1) 8’ x 8’ burn room 3.3.2.2 Insulated to withstand up to 2,400°F 3.3.2.3 Includes air control vents, steel floor, and steel burn shell 3.3.3 Overhead Hallway Props: 3.3.3.1 One (1) 4’ x 10’ hallway prop overhead hallway burn prop with real 2x4/drywall ceiling: 3.3.3.2 Quick jig setup 3.3.3.3 Supports fire extension and TIC operations
