The state of North Dakota, acting through Workforce Safety & Insurance (STATE) is soliciting information from potential bidders for financial services counseling. Assist the injured employee in the financial transition to post injury employment by providing limited financial services counseling to the injured employee. Provide up to four counseling meetings of at least thirty (30) minutes, and up to one (1) hour each to the injured employee. Meetings must be completed within sixty (60) days. Meetings may be combined for the convenience of the injured employee. Provide financial services counseling in North Dakota and may be provided in person, telephonically, or virtually at the discretion of the injured employee. Responsible for gathering financial background information, developing cash flow analyses for varied income periods including periods of disability pay and post disability pay considering alternative employment goals. May request projected income levels from STATE for employment goals identified by STATE. Upon request of an injured employee, offeror may also provide other, client specific, financial planning services.
