AtkinsRėalis USA, Inc. has provided services for various types of FEMA Hazard Mitigation grant projects since the catastrophic 2011 North Dakota flood event. AtkinsRėalis has been contracted to assist with three specific activities when their services are requested by NDDES: 1.) Benefit Cost Analyses a. This service includes the development of Benefit Cost Analyses for potential mitigation projects associated with State, Local, Tribal, and Private Non-Profit applicants. The final deliverable for this activity is a complete Benefit Cost Analysis package for each requested project, with the proper justification and backup documentation needed to justify the project’s cost effectiveness as required by federal policy.
