The requirement is for a mobile facility that can support Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) teams for extended periods of time in extreme environments, such as those found in North Dakota. The facility must provide necessary amenities and protection from the elements, allowing teams to conduct operations safely and effectively. Currently, EOD teams are forced to operate from a inadequate "box-style trailer" and conduct meetings and sleep in tents that are not suitable for the harsh winter conditions. The new facility should be capable of supporting a full team of 6 EOD technicians and functioning as a mobile command center for full-spectrum nuclear operations, providing a reliable and comfortable environment for personnel. Must adhere items on Attachement 1 - Salient Characteristics.
