• Provide legal advice to the City on issues surrounding potential and on-going eminent domain related actions. • Represent the City as counsel in eminent domain litigation related matters as a Special Assistant City Attorney. • Provide legal advice to the City on various home acquisition and buyout projects that appear to be heading towards eminent domain Page 8 of 8 • Work with the City’s Disaster Recovery Program Manager, who oversees the city’s home acquisition and buyout program, as required. • Provide any other services related to eminent domain as needed and directed by the City. • The selected attorney/firm acknowledges that they shall be prohibited from representing other clients whose interests are adverse to that of Minot, or whose case(s) requires filing any form of litigation against Minot
