PURCHASING AGENCY: Office of Attorney General – Bureau of Criminal Investigation Division (BCI); PURCHASE DESCRIPTION: The Office of Attorney General – Bureau of Criminal Investigation Division (BCI) intends to enter into a 5-year agreement with Monolith Forensics LLC to purchase a secure, AWS GovCloudhosted case management platform for digital forensics, eDiscovery, and incident response. INTENDED SOURCE: Monolith Forensics LLC; PRICE: $225,000.00 over 5 years; Specifications include, but are not limited to: Platform Requirements; • Off-the-Shelf Solution: A commercial, digital-forensics–specific case and laboratory management platform. • Digital Forensics Design: Desktop and web-based functionality purpose-built for digital forensics laboratories. • ICAC & Statewide Cybercrime Support: Include required capabilities for ICAC and statewide cybercrime laboratory operations, including: o Vendor-neutral forensic tool environments; o GovCloud integration; o Examiner backlog reporting; o Multi-agency evidence intake workflows; System Access & Hosting • Environment Support: Must operate within CJIS-compliant GovCloud environments and offer both desktop application and web-based access. • Cloud Hosting (AWS GovCloud): Vendor-hosted AWS GovCloud deployment meeting all federal and state security and compliance standards. • Scalable Storage: Cloud-based, on-demand storage scalability without internal server capacity limitations. Mobile Integration • Mobile Application: Enables agents to photograph seized devices and use AI to automatically generate evidence records, streamlining on-scene case creation. Platform Compatibility & Interoperability • Operating System Compatibility: Fully compatible with Windows; available as an installable desktop application. • Tool-Agnostic Design: Must remain interoperable with all forensic tools used by BCI, including but not limited to: o Cellebrite o Magnet Axiom o GrayKey o Berla o Griffeye o X-Ways o Other emerging forensic tools
