2. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation and supervision necessary to accomplish mowing services at the following areas as shown in the exhibits: a. Steckel Boat Landing - 29200 NW Highway 1804 (approximately 5 acres) b. Kniefel Boat Landing - 5716 Misty Waters Dr. (approximately 2.45 acres) c. Swenson Park - 6000 University Dr. (approximately 0.52 acres) d. Kimball Bottom - 11300 Desert Rd (approximately 1.87 acres) e. Driscoll/Sibley Park- Hwy 10, 2 miles West of Driscoll (approximately 2 acres.) Note: Areas are approximate, and exhibits are meant to provide a general area to be maintained. Contractor and Burleigh County Park Board representative will walk the area prior to start up if requested. 3. Grass shall be cut at a minimum height of 3 inches. All debris will be removed from the grounds by the contractor before mowing. Mulching mowers shall be used so that is will not be necessary to bag or remove grass clippings. 4. All grass will be swept or blown off the roadways, parking lots, and picnic shelter concrete slabs. 5. Care must be taken not to damage trees, newly seeded areas or structures. If damage does occur, contractor will be responsible for the repair or replacement of trees, seeded areas, or structures. 6. Equipment breakdown shall not relieve the contractor of the responsibility of performing the work as specified. It shall be the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that he/she can obtain, on short notice, sufficient backup equipment to continue the services as specified without interruption in the event of a mechanical failure of the primary equipment. All equipment that is utilized for mowing purposes shall not be stored on Burleigh County Park property.
